The Fusion class combines the elements of human basic movements, breath work and journaling. It is highly personalized for up to 6 people.

Gal offers a fusion of fitness and wellness designed to empower individuals through science-based personal approach. His classes combine functional training with mindful awareness, helping clients reconnect with their physical potential while building sustainable habits for strength. vitality and longterm well-being.

Gal is a certified NASM, ACE and Wingate trainer with over a decade of experience. Gal has trained and taught in wide range environments. From gyms and co-working spaces to corporate wellness programs. He’s worked with clients across generations, from teens to late 80s, always tailoring his approach to each person’s unique lifestyle and goals.

Now, based in Encinitas Gal enjoys skateboarding, riding his bike, playing tennis and spending time in nature to stay grounded and balanced in today’s fast-paced world.
